Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association (WCCAA) was founded in 1976 as a non-profit organization to assist child care administrators. We are committed to the promotion of excellence in private group and family child care management. WCCAA promotes excellence through the following:

• Regular information exchanges between local administrators.

• Quality training sessions by professionals on a regional and state level.

• Information about important state-wide and national issues directly impacting licensed child care providers.

• Professional marketing tools and materials.

• Quality programming ideas shared regularly in our meetings, publication and on our web site.

This is the newsletter for WCCAA Region 4 which covers the following counties (in alphabetical order): Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Marquette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waushara, Winnebago.

Our region spans over 180 miles from north to south and over 135 miles from east to west. That’s a lot of territory to cover and I realize that it makes it difficult for some to attend our monthly meetings in Appleton or Green Bay. I would like to see other meeting places develop around our region. Please let me hear from you if you would like to establish a meeting closer to your area.
